This small second story studio addition seamlessly integrates with the existing one story beach house with a mid-century modern flavor. A diamond shaped butterfly roof sits atop walls with the corners being glass voids that give the ceiling lightness. The studio opens toward the beach and has an Ipe deck on two sides. The interior stair well contributes another dimension to the interior space and compliments the owners artwork and furniture.
